- Fix bugs in eval
    - Fixes some internal bugs when dataset has no test subjects, or
      hasn't had any encoders set.

- Change :func:`evaluate` small updates
    - `eval_verbose` new default is now 1 instead of 0. Also
      added optional `mute_warnings` flag independent of `eval_verbose`.

- Custom objects tweak
    - Custom passed objects will now be checked and updated if they have parameters n_jobs or random_state.
