class BPt.extensions.SingleConnectivityMeasure(cov_estimator=LedoitWolf(store_precision=False), kind='covariance', vectorize=False, discard_diagonal=False)[source]#
See nilearn.connectome.ConnectivityMeasure. This class is just a wrapper to let this object work when passed a single connectivity matrix.
This class requires extra dependency nilearn to be installed.

Methods

fit(X[, y])

Fit the covariance estimator to the given time series for each subject.

fit_transform(X[, y])

Fit the covariance estimator to the given time series for each subject.

get_params([deep])

Get parameters for this estimator.

inverse_transform(connectivities[, diagonal])

Returns connectivity matrices from connectivities, vectorized or not.

set_params(**params)

Set the parameters of this estimator.

transform(X)

Apply transform to covariances matrices to get the connectivity matrices for the chosen kind.
